Eat and eat and never stop

This suggestive title was used by Abraham García, food critic for El Mundo newspaper, who selected our small cinnamon cakes and small imperial polvorón cakes in a survey of the best Christmas products. This is what he said:

Although these supreme delights were already known for their exceptional quality I found a whole range of nuances which I rated to choose my favourites, which I will gladly tell you about. In my opinion Málaga, moscato and champagne are the best drinks to accompany these sweet Christmas delicacies.

Small imperial polvorón cakes
Surprisingly fresh and with intensely toasted flour. Brimming with aromas, especially the finest cinnamon and with a touch of salty citrus to provide subtleness and balance. Fantastic.

Cinnamon cakes
Deceptively fragile, delicately loose and with an inimitable texture. This delicacy has a patently toasted bouquet finished off with crunchy sesame seeds. A real masterpiece.
